Information Privacy & No-Solicitation Policy

Standards for protecting our learning community, school information, and faith-centered educational environment.

Purpose and Scope

This policy applies to every student, professor, staff member, Administrator, visitor, and user of the Trailblazers Learning Portal. It covers portal accounts, courses, messages, files, student records, contact information, and every communication tool provided through the school.

Information Privacy

  • Personal, academic, attendance, grade, enrollment, certificate, and contact information may be used only for legitimate school administration, instruction, student support, safety, and required recordkeeping.
  • Users may access only the information permitted for their assigned role and educational responsibilities.
  • School or personal information must not be copied, photographed, downloaded, published, forwarded, sold, or shared with unauthorized people.
  • Users must protect passwords, sign out of shared devices, and promptly report suspected account access, data loss, or privacy concerns.
  • The school may retain appropriate portal and academic records as needed to operate its programs, address disputes, protect users, and meet applicable obligations.

Respectful Portal Use

Portal communication must support learning, school operations, spiritual development, and respectful community participation. Harassment, threats, impersonation, deceptive content, unauthorized surveillance, and attempts to bypass account permissions are prohibited.

No Solicitation

Users may not use the portal, its member information, or school relationships to solicit others without prior written permission from the Administrator.

  • No advertising, selling products or services, commercial promotion, spam, referral offers, or collection of personal leads.
  • No unauthorized fundraising, donation requests, petitions, recruitment, campaigning, or promotion of outside groups, events, ministries, schools, employment, or business opportunities.
  • No repeated unwanted messages or moving a school conversation to private contact channels for solicitation.
  • Authorized school announcements, approved ministry activities, course resources, and Administrator-approved community opportunities are not prohibited solicitation.

Reporting and Enforcement

Report privacy concerns, suspected misuse, or solicitation to the school Administrator at trailblazersforchrist5@gmail.com. The school may preserve relevant records, remove content, restrict features, suspend or deactivate accounts, and take other appropriate corrective action. Serious or repeated conduct may result in removal from the learning community.

User Responsibility

By using the portal, each user agrees to follow this policy and all other school instructions. Questions or requests concerning personal information should be directed to the Administrator. Requests will be reviewed subject to identity verification, school recordkeeping needs, and applicable requirements.
